Fun Times

We had some special visitors last weekend to finish out the break -Mitch, Mallory and Tessa! Mitch and Jordan served their missions together and after Mitch married Mallory, they lived next door to us in Provo the year before we moved, which was also Madison's first year of life. They had Tessa a month before we had McKinley so we hadn't gotten to meet her yet. Mitch started working for a company that sells hearing aids last January and ended up being put in their Nashville office in March!!! We've been trying to get together ever since and finally made it happen last weekend!! They got here Saturday around noon, and we spent the afternoon catching up! Tessa made herself right at home with all the toys, and our girls loved having a new friend to play with! Saturday night, we took them to our favorite BBQ place, The BBQ Shop, rode the trolley around downtown and then got ice cream at Velvet Cream before returning home, putting the kids to bed and busting out the games. After church on Sunday, we headed to the River Walk and then home for a nice dinner before they had to go :( Somehow I didn't get any pictures of all of us together, but when we went to the River Walk, Madison decided she needed to cool off and ended up swimming in the fountain! I normally bring bathing suits to the River Walk but hadn't intended to let the girls in the water this time so we just let her wallow in her clothes and took plenty of pictures of our silly girl!

This is her right before jumping. She would crouch down like this, count to 3 and then jump as high as she could while yelling "Woo Hoo!"
