Madison's school did a turkey trot the day before Thanksgiving and invited families to come participate in the fun! We got to have lunch with her and then "run" the race, which was two laps around the field. I had Reagan in the stroller and was planning to just walk, but McKinley really wanted to run with Madison. She lasted about 50 feet before she couldn't keep up anymore! So Madison ran ahead and the rest of us walked. It actually worked out pretty well since Madison came around for her second lap as we were getting close to the finish so McKinley ran the rest of the way with her. Afterwards, we went over to the kindergarten playground and the girls played for a while before it was time for Madison to go back to class!
