Jordan and I love playing tennis, even though neither of us is very good :) Now that the weather is nice and warm, we spent a recent afternoon on the courts. Madison also loves to play and has her own racket. Unfortunately, her racket broke a few weeks ago and is now held together by duct tape so she can't hit real tennis balls with it :( (Perhaps a good idea for a future Christmas present, Grandpa!! ;) ) So we use balls from the ball pit for her to hit. She prefers playing with Dad so we have a deal where Dad and I get to play for five minutes while Madison works on "drills" Jordan gives her, and then Dad and Madison play for five minutes while I entertain McKinley. McKinley mostly just runs around chasing balls, playing peek-a-boo with the net and gate and being cute :)
Madison's facial expressions in these pictures are awesome! I had to include a bunch of them! Oh, and of course, you can't play tennis without your Princess crown :)

She's seriously obsessed with opening and closing doors, and the gate was no exception!
She is following a rich tennis playing family (or maybe just Grandpa) tradition. Can't wait to get you all out on the courts at the club next time you're here. Mckinley wins the prize for looking the coolest....Although she might still be a bit small for volleying at the net...
