My Dad got Jordan and I tickets to a Phoenix Suns game for Christmas, like really good tickets!!! We were about 15 rows up, just off center court! I'm not a huge NBA fan, but Jordan loves the Suns and going to a live game is always fun so we were really excited!!! Jenna watched the girls for us, and we had a blast just the two of us! I wasn't really familiar with most of the Suns players but they were playing the Clippers so it was cool to see Blake Griffin and Chris Paul play! The game was close until about the last 6 minutes, when the Clippers pulled away.
The Super Bowl was in Phoenix the next weekend so all of downtown was decked out in Super Bowl stuff. It was fun to see!
In a little piece of irony, the halftime entertainment was none other than the Beale Street Flippers! We've seen these guys several times on Beale Street, and it was just funny to see them again all the way in Phoenix!
