General Conference has become one of the highlights of the year in our house!! We've been able to establish a lot of fun traditions that our kids love and that help them look forward to a very special weekend!! We do activities each night in the week leading up to conference highlighting the importance of a living prophet. Then on the weekend itself, we enjoy lots of time at home with each other and wonderful messages from our leaders. Our kids particularly love making their General Conference tent like King Benjamin's people did, opening up the treat bags for each Apostle and member of the First Presidency, doing lots of fun games and worksheets while they listen and tying a baby blanket for a friend or family member. Lots and lots of fun and memories! This year Madison and I also got to add a new tradition of going to the Women's Session together. I've been looking forward to this for a while since I don't have any family nearby and have always had to go alone. And of course, Madison couldn't wait for alone time with Mom!! The messages at the Women's Session were awesome and we went to DQ afterwards for an extra treat!! I'm so excited to have my beautiful girls with me from now on!!

Our prophet obstacle course. One person goes through the course blindfolded listening to the "prophet" for guidance while everyone else tries to distract them
A pretty epic conference tent
