Our original plan was to hit the lake on Thursday since Jordan has that day off anyway and then he took Friday and Saturday off. But then he got an opportunity to interview for a job in Cedar City on Thursday so we changed our plans a bit. We met Nana and Papa in Flagstaff and gave them the big girls so they didn't have to spend the entire day in the car. The four of them then headed up to Page and got everything ready for the rest of us. Jordan, Reagan and I continued on to Cedar, arriving around 4:30 where we toured the office and went to dinner with the doc and his wife before driving to Page, arriving around 10 pm. In all, we spent about 11 hours in the car Thursday! Thankfully Reagan did great and we'll find out later if it was worth it :)
All of Jordan's siblings arrived in Page Thursday evening as well so we were ready to hit the water on Friday. We spent all day Friday and Saturday playing at the beach and spent the evenings in a super nice rental home in Page. We've rented the same house the last two years, and it's really perfect for us. It's tough to find a place that works for 10 adults and 13 kids ranging from 6 years to 5 weeks!!! Sometimes being with Jordan's family can be crazy, but it's so fun to see all the cousins together and to see how the family just keeps growing! That's exactly why we moved to Arizona last year.
Jordan's family has two jet skis that we all take turns playing on. We keep joking that at some point two isn't going to be nearly enough as these kids get older. The older ones are really starting to want to drive and it won't be long before they want to go out on their own. But for now, everyone takes turns and it works out great! Last year, my girls were a little leery having never been on jet skis but this year they were totally comfortable and loved it. Madison especially is a little dare devil, although she said that Uncle Jason's driving made her "jet ski sick" :) Even Reagan took a little ride with Dad, which was cute! Jordan and I also like to drive out in the lake and then jump off and swim. In addition to the jet skis, everyone had fun swimming at the beach and playing in the sand. It was seriously a perfect weekend and I'm so glad we got to go!

I like this picture too of Madison jumping off the jet ski
I think this picture has all the "big" kids (left to right) - Mayli, Ryker, Madison, McKinley, Brynli, Kynsli, Haidyn, Mason and Hudson. There's four more under the age of three not pictured :)
Think this girl had fun?!
Madison and Dad. The kids like to sit on the side of the jet skis with their feet in the water when they're coming into the beach in the no wake zone

Reagan's very first jet ski ride!
Playing with Papa
The family that plays together stays together :)
Our view from the back deck of the house. That's the bridge over the Glen Canyon dam
Since we were all together, we took a few pictures of the kids and Nana and Papa in their July 4th outfits. It's tough to get 13 kids to cooperate for a good photo!!!
Nana and her NINE granddaughters!! Seven of the nine are from Jordan and his brother ... not a single boy between those two :) We like our girls!
All the kiddos ... some of them were pretty done by this point :)
I wanted this picture for our family wall but thought I'd include it on here too! My girls are VERY blessed in the grandparent department!

What a fun time!! Lake Powell must be perfect this time of year! Great pics.
